To maintain a safe, comfortable, and family friendly environment, all guests must follow the policies below during their stay at Montego Bay Resort.

Reservations

Minimum night stays may apply. Rates are subject to change without notice.

All occupants, regardless of age, must be registered with the front office. Outside visitors are not permitted unless approved in advance. Maximum occupancy limits apply to all reservations. Failure to register all occupants may result in removal from the property without refund.

Reservations guarantee room type only. Specific room numbers cannot be guaranteed.

All registered guests must be 25 years of age or older and provide valid identification at check in unless prior written approval has been granted. Misrepresentation of age or guest information will result in cancellation without refund.

Rates & Resort Fee

Rates are based on availability at the time of booking and the number of guests per suite. All rates are subject to applicable New Jersey sales and resort taxes.

A resort fee of 19.99 per night plus tax will be applied to all reservations.

Weekend, holiday, special event, group, and convention rates may vary and cannot be combined with other discounts unless confirmed in writing.

Deposits, Payments & Cancellation Policy

A deposit equal to one night stay, excluding tax, is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Deposits are non transferable and are applied to the final night of your stay.

The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

We accept cash, traveler’s check, certified bank check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Personal checks are accepted only if received at least 21 days prior to arrival. Personal checks are not accepted at check in. Returned checks are subject to a 35 dollar fee.

Deposits are non refundable if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance will receive a refund minus a 25 percent cancellation fee. Changes made within 14 days of arrival are considered cancellations and are non refundable.

No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures, no shows, inclement weather, or unused nights.

Check In & Check Out

Check In after 3:00 PM
Check Out before 10:00 AM

Reservations are guaranteed until 6:00 PM unless prior notice of late arrival is given. License plate numbers are required at registration.

Parking

One off street parking space is provided per unit. Visitor parking is not available.

All vehicles must be registered and display a parking permit. Unauthorized vehicles may be ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense.

Children

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times and may not use the pool, fitness center, or restaurant facilities without supervision.

Waterpark & Prime Play

For safety and state compliance regulations, children must be at least 48 inches tall to use the main waterpark slides and attractions. This policy is strictly enforced.

Prime Play is available for toddlers and younger children. Children must be completely dry before entering the play structure. Wet clothing can cause children to slide too quickly and may result in injury.

Property Wide Rules & Regulations

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, balconies, hallways, elevators, and indoor public areas.

This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vape devices, marijuana, and all other smoking substances. A cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged for violations.

Pets are not permitted. Certified service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.

Bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, and similar recreational equipment are not permitted inside guest rooms, balconies, or hallways. Bike racks are available on property.

Quiet Hours are observed nightly from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to be respectful of others during this time.

Management reserves the right to collect a security deposit at registration and to charge for any damages to the unit or property.
